If you have a bad debt then most probably you’re already familiar with what a bad debt credit cards is.
For those of you who don’t know, this is a credit card offered to you by credit card suppliers if you have a problem with your debt.
Before we get started you should know that there are two types of bad debt credit cards.
First, we have the secured credit cards. In order to access them you’ll have to open a bank account with your supplier.
A certain percentage of the money you hold in that account will be your credit limit. Normally it’s somewhere between 50 and 100%. In other words, you can spend money from your bank account.
But you have to be careful because you won’t be spending money as cash but you’ll be spending them using the bad debt credit card. By doing that, you’ll be benefiting from all the facilities provided by a regular credit card.
If you play after their rules everything will be ok. After all, you’re not that trustworthy with a bad credit debt on your back.
But enough about secured credit cards…
The second type of bad credit cards is pretty much like the cards we use every day with only a few minor specifications: their objective and the way you get into their possession. These are actually cards that support your bad debt.
In translation these are also called bad debit cards. Their mechanism is very simple. The balance you owe is transferred on these bad credit cards because of their low APR.
It’s helpful because now you can consolidate your debt and forget a little about the old APR. At least this will do the trick for a few months.
There are many people that will go for both of these credit cards but also there are others that will settle either for one or another.
It’s all up to you to decide what’s best for you and your money.
Develop your own research and find out which one is the best for you. But be very careful because it’s very important that you make the right decision and start handling your bad debt credit cards financial problems.
